The children, prepared in the previous month by the project manager Paola Cocozza, were included in the staff of the sports organization as volunteers, and had the opportunity to experience, firsthand, contact with cyclists from all over the world. They were able to talk to them, even making use of the foreign language, helped them at the time of preparation for the event so they could understand, from behind the scenes, the dynamics of organizing and managing an event of such magnitude.

According to one of the project's planned moments "Heroic Academy" Albino, Luciano, Andrea, Riccardo, and Marco had a chance to talk with the head of the Press Office, Livio Iacovella who gave them insights and guidance on how to carry out the craft most effectively, and with the president of Eroica Italia, Franco Rossi, who made this partnership agreement between the Sport Business Academy and L'Eroica possible, and explained to them some organizational dynamics.

The project "Eroica Academy - The Eroica model for the training of sports professions.", was also featured in the auditorium of the Former Ricasoli Cellars. The boys, together with their teacher, took the stage and spoke about the course in Gaiole that stood as a training model for their future profession.

In addition to the constructive and useful experience for their backgrounds and resumes, the boys experienced five days in contact with the passion for a sport that is no more, an example of a great economic accelerator for an area that used to be considered depressed and that made white roads its greatest value.

La Sport Business Academy, enthusiastic about the experience, and strengthening the partnership with Eroica Italia, is ready to plan an upcoming adventure in Tuscany dedicated to the youngsters of the training courses that will end in 2022.
