Club Secretary Online Course: general, sports, organizational

THE COURSE.

The sports secretary within a football club is the person in charge of managing the team of workers, coordinating the many functions involved. These are both administrative and organizational functions. 

The course was born out of a market need, as companies and faculty seek competent and increasingly verticalized figures in a target area.

Didactics

50 hours minimum self-study self-study for the provided lecture material and handouts provided during lectures, including the ability to review recorded lectures on the platform and any planned exercises

  • Preparatory phase: teaching materials + 6-month VOXY-formula "all you can learn" On Demand English Course (alternatively and in possession of at least a self-certified B2 level, it is possible to opt for one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian);
  • Classroom phase (40 hours) in live streaming
  • Internship: Course participants will have the opportunity to complete a 200-hour internship at amateur and professional sports clubs throughout the country;
  • Reworking, updating and disseminating the Cv to companies in the field.

MODULE 2 

Accounting, Labor and Regulation. 

  1. Sports and administrative rules of reference (principles).
  2. Pivotal Norms of Sport Justice (principles).
  3. Financial statements: notions, knowing how to read and interpret them, impact of choices on costs, income and assets.
  4. Professional sports contracts and sports workers: classification and application, collective agreements, commitments and responsibilities, calculation of business cost and its impact.
  5. Club consultants and interaction: accountant, mayor/auditor, auditing firm, SB
  6. Framing and relations with League, Internal Revenue Service, INPS, Inail.
  7. CoViSoc and control systems in clubs.
  8. Model 231/2001: procedures, code of ethics, whistleblowing, safe guarding, Privacy discipline (Italian and GDPR 679/2016).

  1. The NOIF : analysis and application.
  2. Reference circulars.
