By virtue of the current FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) only those individuals holding
special FIFA license may practice as a soccer agent.
Acquisition of the FIFA license is subject to passing a special examination that
tests aspiring officers on their preparedness for regulations
FIFA. Specifically, the exam may be taken in English, French, or Spanish, consists of 20 multiple-choice questions (with the possibility of multiple correct answers for each question), and is considered passed upon reaching 75% of correct answers (15 out of 20 questions).
The examination is conducted through the appropriate FIFA Agent Platform at a physical location
specially designated by the host federation and chosen by the candidate. The results are
communicated within 7 working days after taking the examination.
