In 2019, he was appointed as a member of the "Sports Law and Activities", "Labor Law" and "Youth Laboratory" Commissions of the Rome Bar Council.
In 2021, he became the FIDASC Federal Prosecutor while in 2023 he joined the community of the mentor Of WeSportUp.
He is an adjunct professor of "Elements of Games Industry Law" at Link Campus University.
Vice President Business Development Europe of Open Influence, one of the world's most important influencer marketing agencies.
Karim De Martino began his career in the digital world in 1997 at Radio Deejay, to which he added a seasonal consultancy as digital area manager with Festivalbar in 1999.
In the following years he creates Boomer, a marketing agency specializing in giving support to players in the music world. Boomer was later acquired by the Kiver Group, of which De Martino then took on the role of head of the influencer area. The first project he followed under this role was "The Blonde Salad," Chiara Ferragni's blog, which was brought in a few years to be a case study of international success. From 2010 to 2014 Kiver became the incubator of several projects related to influencers, from the blogs of Alessia Marcuzzi "La Pinella," Melissa Satta and Filippa Lagerback, to the creation of a network of fashion blogs that included Irene's Closet, among others.
His career led him to work in Los Angeles, from which, to this day, he still works for Open Influence.
For years he worked as a copywriter in major advertising agencies and later in Sky. After attending several training courses and earning a Master's degree in Advertising and a Master's degree in Digital Communication, he decided to apply his acquired skills in soccer, his true passion.
Since 2009, he has helped more than a hundred soccer players communicate and monetize online: Hernan Crespo, Papu Gomez, Alessandro Florenzi, Javier Zanetti, Juan Cuadrado, Ciro Immobile, Christian Vieri, and Paolo Rossi are just some of the prestigious names he has worked with.
In 2011, I created with Gianluca Di Marzio the sports news portal www.gianlucadimarzio.com which he edited and directed until 2018, crossing the 1,000,000-follower milestone on Twitter with the @DiMarzio account and making him the world's most-followed soccer market journalist on social media.
He is a lecturer in Football and Social Media in numerous courses and master's degrees and a marketing and communication consultant for numerous brands.
He has written two ebooks, "Social Footballer" and "The Footballer of the Future."
He is one of the best Italian climbers ever, the best known and most followed on social media. On the national scene, he is one of the most eclectic athletes: he has won Italian titles in all three sport climbing specialties, although his favorite specialty is lead, where he won the World Cup in 2022.
He also distinguishes himself in bouldering, and especially in crag climbing. It is no coincidence that he is among only five in the world to have climbed at least one 9b+ grade wall, the second-highest absolute difficulty grade.
Stefano has also carved out a relevant role for himself outside the competitive context. His extraordinary athletic skills have allowed him to participate in numerous TV shows including "American Ninja Warrior," "Tu si que vales" and "The Record Show."
He boasts nearly 500k followers across platforms and personally curates the editorial plan for each channel.
He is a two-wheel content creator and one of the strongest Italian mountain bikers, specializing in "slopestyle," a discipline that combines adrenaline, technique and spectacle.
He is very creative and in 2015, in order to train, he built a jump line with a sand landing on the family's property. The gamble pays off, so much so that the following season he debuts with a third place at the "Swatch Rocket Air" and a win at the "26Trix" in Leogang.
Thanks to these podiums, he qualified for Slopestyle's top series, the "Diamond Series," where he remained there until 2020, when he was suspended due to COVID-19.
Since 2021 Diego has been totally dedicated to working as a content creator. He works with excellent results of following and engagement on Instagram, TikTok and, above all, Youtube, where he publishes videos on a weekly basis, all marked by great irony, and dedicated to different themes, such as MTB competitions, travel, trail building, Lego, mechanics, tutorials and adventures with his neighbor Andrea Panzeri.
A graduate in Philosophy, Enrico Gelfi turned toward the Sport Industry after attending the
San Marino/Rimini MasterSport.
He worked as the Communications Manager of SGplus, one of the leading firms in the
sports marketing, for 10 years, much of which was spent as a partner in the company.
He founded and managed the talent department of the Italian unit of MP Managment Group - now
Select Model - dealing with enhancing the image of actors, top athletes and TV personalities.
In 2017, he founded EIS, a sports management agency, with which he manages the image rights of
professional sportsmen according to an innovative and evolving idea of the role of the champion.
He was a partner in a second agency, Sport Digital House, with which he started in 2020.
the Italian Esports Observatory, the first B2B networking and training platform for the
Italian Esports operators.
He is also Founder of Workpleis, the first digital community that aggregates managers, professionals
and champions to discuss the contribution that sports can make within companies.
He is director of the International Master's in Sport Management at Rome Business School,
Adjunct professor at the Catholic University of Milan and lecturer in several training courses
Dedicated to sports management.
