Preparatory course for the Sports Agent exam in football - FIGC

RESERVED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY PASSED THE GENERAL TEST SPORTS AGENT CONES

The course aims to provide adequate preparation with a view to taking the "special" Sports Agent exam at the FIGC.

The examination consists of conducting a written test, by multiple-choice test, with a total of 30 questions, with 3 answer choices for each question. The maximum time for the conduct of the test is 40 minutes. At least 26 out of 30 questions must be answered correctly in order to pass the exam.

Alexander Mazzucato

Graduate of the University of Padua, licensed to practice law since 2015, expert in sports law, CONI and FIGC sports agent. Assists athletes and sports clubs in negotiating and concluding sports employment contracts in Italy and abroad. Author of publications on sports law in specialized journals.

Mario Piroli

A graduate in Sports Law, he later obtained a master´s degree in Law. In the academic year 2022/2023 he attended the Postgraduate Course in Sports Law and Sports Justice "Lucio Colantuoni" at the University of Milan. On the professional front, he has acquired specific expertise in the field of national and international Sports Law, dealing mainly with the treatment of litigation before the sports justice bodies, as well as contracts related to the sports world. In the same field, he is also involved in teaching activities at various organizations and training schools. Dr. Piroli, after having passed the qualifying examination, has also obtained the license of "FIFA Football Agent", thus qualifying himself to the international representation of professional players and clubs and dealing, mainly, with the care of all the legal aspects related to national and international soccer market operations. He is the author of several publications in the field of Sports Law.
