Martina Alabiso

Born in 1985, he began his sports career at the age of 5 at the Tennis Club Viterbo, over the years won the Under 12 regional championship and qualified among the top 32 in Italy in the category, later with the Under 16 Team
of TC Viterbo ranked second in the Italian championship. In 2010, she won the A1 Series championship, teaming up with Schiavone and Garbin; in the same year, she left competitive tennis to pursue a legal career, for which, she earned her law degree in 2009, in the midst of her sporting activities. With the intention of specializing in sports management and sports law, she enrolled, also in 2010, in the Master in Sport Management and Marketing at Luiss Business School in collaboration with CONI, graduating with a thesis on the organization of the ATP and WTA tournament of Rome Foro Italico, thanks to which she will be called in the following years to work alongside the Tournament Management. During 2017, she was then appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Italian Tennis Federation, a prestigious role, which he held until early 2018, only to give up on the proposal to take over the leadership of the Tennis Milan to the outgoing Director and which is to date his current occupation. In the role of Director, he oversees all technical areas, such as building maintenance, field maintenance etc., communication with the Members, technical sector, employees and relationship with institutions. He organizes events of both sports and cultural nature, such as book presentations, concerts, conferences.
He personally follows sponsors, both in managing and arranging commercial agreements.
