Under the current FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), only persons that holds a FIFA
license can practice as a Football Agent.
The acquisition of the FIFA license is subject to the passing of an appropriate exam that
tests aspiring agents on their preparation about FIFA regulations. In particular, the exam can be taken in English, French or Spanish, is divided into 20 multiple choice questions (with the possibility of multiple correct answers for each question) and is considered passed upon reaching 75% of the correct answers (15 questions out of 20).
The exam takes place through the FIFA Agent Platform in a physical location specifically
indicated by the host Federation and chosen by the candidate. The results are communicated
within 7 working days of taking the exam.

Program

The course will allow the study and analysis of the main topics of the exam, providing the
participant a preparation, both theoretical and practical, for the acquisition of the FIFA
license and the subsequent practice of the profession.

The topics covered during the course are:
1.FIFA Statutes;
2.FIFA Code of Ethics;
3.FIFA Disciplinary Code;
4.FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players;
5.FIFA Football Agent Regulations;
6.Procedural Rules governing the FIFA Football Tribunal;
7.FIFA Clearing House Regulations;
8.Child safeguarding;
Mock exams.
