From March 25, 2026

Under the current FIFA Football Agent Regulations (FFAR), only people that hold a FIFA
license can operate as Football Agents.
The acquisition of the FIFA license is linked to the passing of an appropriate exam that
tests aspiring agents on their preparation about FIFA regulations. In particular, the exam can be taken in English, French, Spanish and also German, online on a platform. It lasts 60 minutes and it is divided into 20 multiple choice questions (with the possibility of multiple correct answers for each question). It is considered passed upon reaching 75% of the correct answers (15 questions out of 20) and candidates can use open book exams during it.
The results are communicated within 7 working days of taking the exam.

Program

The course will allow the study and analysis of the main topics of the exam, providing the
participant a preparation, both theoretical and practical, for the acquisition of the FIFA
license and the subsequent practice of the profession.

The topics covered during the course are:
1.FIFA Statutes;
2.FIFA Code of Ethics;
3.FIFA Disciplinary Code;
4.FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players;
5.FIFA Football Agent Regulations;
6.Procedural Rules governing the FIFA Football Tribunal;
7.FIFA Clearing House Regulations;
8.Child safeguarding;
Mock exams.

The course will have a duration of 40 hours to which are added additional hours for the
conduct of mock exams.
