Trained as a football manager in the mid-1980s in the youth sector of Calcio Monza. In 1991 Sports Director of one of the best-known Youth Sector Companies in Italian amateur soccer (F.C. Enotria 1908 of Milan). In 1998-99 he collaborated - again in the youth field - with A.C. Milan as coordinator for Lombardy of the clubs affiliated with the "Galassia Rossonera" Project. In 1999-2000 Sports Director of the first team of the Pro Patria Calcio club, playing in the professional Serie C championship, and later, after a year, became its General Manager. In charge at Pro Patria for 8 years and in the meantime, in 2004, he graduated with the qualification of Professional Sports Director with a technical focus. Since 2009 to 2016 he is part of the Scout group of the first team of Udinese Calcio (Serie A); in the 2018 he is appointed chief scout by Cagliari Calcio (Serie A), a position held until June 2024.
A graduate in Accounting, he has held the position of National Councilor of the Association of Italian Sports Directors for several years, and is a member of the National Register of Publicists. Author in 2023 of the book "THE RIGHT OBSERVATION" Published by Libraccio.
